METHOD OF NON-INVASIVE DETERMINATION OF VIRAL STRESS LEVEL IN PATIENTS WITH CHRONIC HEPATITIS C

FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, namely to infectious diseases. In order to determine level of viral stress in patients with chronic hepatitis C in non-invasive manner, pH of red border of lips is determined by electrometric measurement. In case of presence of average pH index less than 4.40 units, high viral stress with values 6×10⁵ IU/ml is determined. In case of average pH index being in the range from 4.40 to 5.57 units, moderate viral stress with values 6x10⁵ IU/ml-3×10⁵ IU/ml is determined. If average pH index is higher than 5.57 units, low viral stress with values less than 3×10⁵ IU/ml is determined.;EFFECT: method increases accuracy and reduces terms of determining level of viral stress in patients with hepatitis C.;2 ex, 1 tbl
