The arrangement (1) has a linear moving unit (13) including a therapeutic working region in magnitude of a therapeutic moving region e.g. arm or leg, of a patient based on patient's sitting or standing position. A target object is arranged on or integrated in a movably arranged kinematic target unit (2) i.e. robot arm, or in a manual area (6) of the target unit, and formed as a gripping object (5) e.g. gripping ball. A sensor receives movement data of movement of the arm of the patient, and an evaluation device (8) provides patient-specific movement- and/or position data.
