The device has a patient database with stored patient specific data of a patient to be treated, and a pharmaceutical database with stored pharmaceutical data. A user interface is provided for the reproduction of the data. The database has patient specific medical measurement data and a processor e.g. engine, that determines body function values from the measurement data based on a determination method. The engine determines pharmacotherapy including patient specific pharmacotherapy dosage by processing the data from the databases. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a method for determining pharmacotherapy of a patient (2) a computer program product for determining pharmacotherapy of a patient.
