Method for detection and automatic correction of movements of jawbone joint of patient, during e.g. orthodontic therapy, involves adjusting repositioning values to repositioning patient data and producing values in occlusal therapy device
The method involves determining repositioning values from data that is recorded by a recording device e.g. Freecorder Blue Fox(RTM: recording instrument) based on treatment strategy for repositioning of joints of an upper jaw (4) and a lower jaw (5). The values are transmitted as adjusting values to an adjusting device such as an articulator or repositioner. The values are adjusted to a repositioning patient data and produced in an occlusal therapy device such as an occlusion rail or a repositioning denture, where the therapy device repositions biting characteristics. An independent claim is also included for a joint spatial tool for implementing the method for detection and correction of movements of the jawbone joint of the patient.
