A drop door seal 10 for a door 12 comprises an elongate sealing member 16 being movable vertically between an extended position and a retracted position with respect to the bottom of the door. The elongate sealing member is moved by one or more biasing members 22, 24 connected to first and second actuators 26, 28. The first and second actuators are coupled to a pivotable member 38 positioned between the actuators by first or second actuator arms 34, 36, and a mount or mounts 46 attached to the elongate sealing member. The mount or mounts engage with one or more biasing members, the drop door seal being adjustable for either symmetric or asymmetric movement of the elongate sealing member in the vertical direction while inhibiting sideways displacement. The adjustment is achieved by moving at least one mount horizontally along the elongate sealing member to adjust the tension of the one or more biasing members.
