PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a COseparation-recovery device capable of separating-recovering COby using a porous complex from CO-including gas of including steam.SOLUTION: A COseparation-recovery method is provided for separating-recovering COfrom CO-including gas by using a COcapture material. The COseparation-recovery method includes: a step of capturing COby making the CO-including gas flow to a COcapture material container in which a COcapture material has a compound including an organic molecule and which is filled with the COcapture material; a step of desorbing and recovering the COby heating the COcapture material; and a step of cooling the COcapture material, and has a step of reducing the steam concentration of the CO-including gas before the step of capturing the CO, in which the step of capturing the COremoves the COby making the CO-including gas flow to the COcapture material container after reducing the steam concentration.
