PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a customer service support system for performing effective service to a person visiting a store, a customer service support method, and a customer service support program.;SOLUTION: A personal computer terminal PC is used to access to a management server 20 and perform reservation registration processing. In this case, a control unit 21 of the management server 20 provides wireless LAN information on a business store which is scheduled to be visited to a portable terminal 10. When determining it is in the vicinity of the business store, the portable terminal 10 outputs approach information. A control unit 31 of a local server 30 having received the approach information from the portable terminal 10 acquires field intensity of the wireless LAN. When determining it is in the store, the portable terminal 10 performs terminal service processing. The control unit 31 acquires authentication information from the portable terminal 10 and performs visit registration processing. Then, a two-dimensional code is generated and transmitted to the portable terminal 10.
