PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new method for preventing browning of dark-colored meat of fish at a distribution temperature for common frozen food.SOLUTION: The method prevents browning of dark-colored meat of fish under freeze storage of -20°C that is a distribution temperature for common frozen food, for a long time, by feeding farmed fish on a fish feed containing leaves of Japanese radish or refuge of sweet potato starch production.
