PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photographing apparatus by which an image of image characteristics needed to be acquired without requiring complicated image treatments can be obtained by illuminating a subject with optimal illumination characteristics in response to the image characteristics which need to be acquired, and to provide a microscopic apparatus and an endoscopic apparatus equipped with the photographing apparatus.;SOLUTION: A photographing unit 102 acquires image data regarding a subject 200 by photographing a subject 200. An illumination unit 104 irradiates the subject 200 with a plurality of kinds of illumination beams of which at least either one of the luminous intensity distribution pattern and the spectrum distribution is different. For an image characteristic setting unit 106, the image characteristics of image data which should be acquired in the photographing unit 102 are set. The image characteristic setting unit 106 sets the light quantity of at least one kind of illumination beam, the luminous intensity distribution pattern, or the spectrum distribution to the illumination unit 104 by referring to light source characteristic information so that the image data having the set image characteristics may effectively be acquired in the photographing unit 102.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
