PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an amplitude modulation signal transmitting apparatus capable of transmitting information different from a sound source signal together with the sound source signal, to provide an amplitude modulation signal receiving apparatus, to provide an amplitude modulation signal transmitting method, and to provide an amplitude modulation signal receiving method.;SOLUTION: An AM transmitter 1 comprises: a watermark information embed section 10 which embeds watermark information in a sound source signal to be subjected to transmission by performing phase modulation on the sound source signal; an amplitude modulation signal generation section 11 for generating an amplitude modulation signal by performing amplitude modulation on the sound source signal in which the watermark information has been embedded; and a transmission section 12 which transmits the amplitude modulation signal. On the other hand, an AM receiver 2 comprises: a reception section 20 which receives the amplitude modulation signal transmitted from the AM transmitter 1; an amplitude demodulation section 21 which acquires the sound source signal in which the watermark information has been embedded, by performing amplitude demodulation on the received amplitude modulation signal; and a watermark information detection section 22 which detects the watermark information embedded in the acquired sound source signal.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
