PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pile head joint structure in which pile head bearing pressure metal fittings formed of arcuate steel plates are fitted to a pile head of a winged steel pipe pile, the pile head joint structure using the pile head bearing pressure metal fittings which have a structure eliminating stagnating air in a footing during placing of concrete, facilitate attachment and processing, and are large enough to have bearing force corresponding to bearing force applied by wings in a drawing-out direction and a pressing-in direction.;SOLUTION: Pile head bearing pressure metal fittings 331, 332 formed of arcuate steel plates are attached in a flange shape to a pile head of a winged steel pipe pile 31 while a gap 333 is left. Effective surface properties M2 of the pile head bearing pressure metal fittings 331, 332 are so set that, at least, effective surface properties M2=(strength Q1 of bearing pressure of base/magnitude Q2 of bearing pressure of footing)*effective areas M1 of wings 321, 322.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
