PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent abnormal wear of a seal lip sliding on a rear surface of a support member, the reduction in seal performance, and the like which are caused by a recess which is formed by pressing the rear surface side of the support member when a magnetized pulsar ring is released from a mold.;SOLUTION: A magnetized pulsar ring includes an annular support member 20 and an annular magnet member 12 fixed to the side of a front surface 22a of the support member 20. The magnetized pulsar ring has the support member 20 and the magnet member 12 made into one body by insert molding, and is released from a mold by pressing the side of a rear surface 22b of the support member 12 when the insert molding is performed. The support member 20 includes, on the side of the rear surface 22b, a recess 32 formed by being pressed during release from the mold and an annular seal surface portion 31 with which a seal lip 10b is brought into contact.
