PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water-soluble polymer dispersion liquid, a paper strengthening agent, a freeness enhancement agent for papermaking, and a yield enhancement agent for papermaking, which have uniform particle diameter and excellent preservation stability and do not disturb the formation of obtained paper, and with which high paper strength can be maintained.;SOLUTION: The water-soluble polymer dispersion liquid is made by dispersing a water-soluble polymer (A) in a salt water solution with the salt concentration between 10 wt.% and the saturation concentration using a polymer dispersant (B) having a branching structure so that the average particle diameter gets to 0.1-150 μm. The water-soluble polymer dispersion liquid has the content of the water-soluble polymer (A) being 10-40 wt.% and the viscosity of the dispersion liquid at 25 °C being 100-30,000 mPa s.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
