PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate optimized design of each house while assuming the obtaining of model adaptation approval.;SOLUTION: A method for supporting design of an industrially manufactured house includes: a process (a) for designing a three-dimensional structure body by using pillars, beams and bearing frames; a process (b) for disassembling the structure body into two-dimensional vertical frame bodies in each vertical structure plane; a process (c) for disassembling each vertical frame body into an one-span frame in which the bearing frame is arranged and an one-span simple beam in which the bearing frame is not arranged; a process (d) for preparing a unit horizontal load/axial tension table obtained by calculating axial tension applied to each pillar when a unit horizontal load is applied to an optional pillar included in a one-span frame in all one-span frames by stress analysis about a plurality of load positions obtained by changing a horizontal load position; and a process (e) for calculating axial tension to be applied to a pillar of the one-span frame by using the unit horizontal load/axial tension table and confirming or redesigning the strength of pillars and/or beams.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
