Research on the Comparison with the Domestic Housing Industrialization and the Design of the Policy Support Framework

As a kind of production organization way, “Housing industrialization ” is oriented by the housing market demand, supported by science and technology progress, based on the fashioned residential building system and matching residential component, and approached by scientific organization and modernized management, which realizes integration of the housing production, supply, sales and service through joining the residential production overall process with development, design, construction, and parts production, management and service into the whole industrial system. The Housing industrialization is the inevitable choice for our housing industry in the new period, and its development in China exists many gaps compared with the advanced countries. In order to accelerate the housing industry, modernization and promote its upgrading, the domestic housing industrialization development situation is compared in this paper. And a system policy framework about technology, economic, structure, organization and layout is designed from an angle of introduction and regulation. Thus the consultation for improving the policy of our housing industrialization has been provided.
