PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive sheet replacement apparatus which applies a second sheet S to the other surface of a work-piece W where a first sheet PS is applied to one surface thereof and peels the first sheet PS from the work-piece W with a simple structure.;SOLUTION: A sheet replacement apparatus includes: sheet application means 40 applying a second sheet S to a work-piece W with the work-piece W adhered to a tape for conveyance 11 through the first sheet PS; and guide means 50 folding the tape for conveyance 11. The first sheet PS applied to the work-piece W is peeled from the work-piece W with the tape for conveyance 11 folded by the guide means 50.
