PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide fruit juice-containing food and drink remarkably suppressed in precipitation occurrence of fruit juice when producing and preserving, and especially even in the case of preserving for a long period in a low-temperature condition such as ≤5°C. PSOLUTION: The fruit juice-containing food and drink is suppressed in precipitation of fruit juice which occurs when producing and preserving, by adding a malt extract to the fruit juice-containing food and drink. It is preferable to add the malt extract so as to bring the amount of the malt extract added to 1% fruit juice to ≥0.002 mass% when setting a color valency at E (10%/1 cm)=20.
