Plant lactic acid bacteria isolated from rice husk or brown rice and use thereof

Inhibition of biofilm formation and caries treatment by S. mutans are performed using Enterococcus plant lactic acid bacteria isolated from rice husk or brown rice. In order to treat caries, the plant lactic acid bacteria are brought into contact with Streptococcus mutans in the oral cavity of the subject. Thereby, a rice husk can be utilized more simply and effectively.
