A microelectronic device for the determination of mobility of minority carriers includes a pulse lamp, sample, current meter and a battery connected to each other in series. There are included a unit for signal processing and indication, micro-electronic frequency converter, first and second resistors, first and second field transistors, inductance, restriction capacitor and source of direct voltage.
