METHOD FOR REDUCING FREQUENCY OF HYPOTONIC COMPLICATIONS IN ABDOMINAL SURGERY USING PERIDURAL ANESTHESIA

The method for reducing the frequency of hypotonic complications in abdominal surgery using peridural anesthesia comprises administering local anesthetics to peridural space. The low concentrations of local anesthetic are used. In 10 minutes following administration of the local anesthetics to peridural space, the reduced sensitivity is controlled by needle piercing. The sparing motor function of the muscles is also monitored. Prior to surgery and intraoperatively, the dynamics of the average arterial pressure is controlled.
