An intercooler integrating radiator is provided to reduce the transfer of vibration by integrating an intercooler and a radiator together and mounting the same to a frame at both side parts rather than center part. An intercooler is disposed in parallel to a radiator in the longitudinal direction of tubes of the radiator. An integrating tank(400) is disposed between the radiator and the intercooler, and include a plurality of tube insertion holes(420) at both side surfaces and a barrier wall(410) formed in the longitudinal direction for preventing first and second heat exchange media from mixing with each other.
