The present invention relates to an adhesive composition which improves balance of adhesive strength between a high peeling speed and a low peeling speed, and has improved durability and rework performance. The adhesive composition comprises an acrylic polymer which is a copolymer of (A) a (meth)acrylic acid ester monomer with an alkyl group having carbon atoms of C4-C10, (B) a copolymerizable monomer with a hydroxyl group, (C) a copolymerizable monomer with a carboxyl group, and additionally, (D) an isocyanate compound with three or more functional groups, wherein the acidity of the copolymer is 0.01-9.0.
