The present invention relates to an asymmetric electrode plate that can be used to improve the utilization of a space of equipment where a secondary battery is disposed, an asymmetric electrode assembly having an asymmetric electrode plate, and an asymmetric secondary battery having an asymmetric electrode assembly. The asymmetric electrode plate according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention includes: an electrode collector; and an electrode active material that is formed on at least one of both surfaces of the electrode collector. The thickness (t1, t3) of the electrode active material on one side of the electrode collector is different from the thickness (t2, t4) of the electrode active material on the other side of the electrode collector.
