Disclosed are a method and a device for dispensing a phosphor, capable of dispensing a resin composition including a phosphor while consistently maintaining concentration of the phosphor. The device for dispensing a phosphor comprises a cylinder and a phosphor dispersing unit. The cylinder can contain a resin composition including multiple phosphor particles and dispense a portion of the resin composition through an outlet. The phosphor dispersing unit includes a phosphor dispersing part which reciprocates in one direction in the cylinder to disperse the phosphor particles included in the resin composition, and a power transmitting part to transmit power to allow a reciprocating motion of the phosphor dispersing part. Therefore, the phosphor dispersing part reciprocates in one direction to disperse the phosphor particles, thereby preventing the phosphor particles from being deposited and condensed and maintaining the concentration of the phosphor in certain amounts of the dispensed resin compositions.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2014
