Disclosed are a method and a device for dispensing a phosphor, capable of dispensing a resin composition containing phosphor particles while consistently maintaining the concentration of the phosphor particles. The method for dispensing a phosphor, which is provided to dispense a resin composition containing multiple phosphor particles, includes the steps of: cooling the resin composition contained in a cylinder unit at a first temperature that the phosphor particles are not deposited; and heating a dispensing nozzle of the cylinder unit at a second temperature that is higher than the first temperature to dispense a portion of the resin composition. The resin composition is cooled at the first temperature to suppress the deposition of the phosphor particles, and then the dispensing nozzle is heated at the second temperature to dispense a portion of the resin composition, thereby consistently maintaining the concentration of the phosphor in certain amounts of the resin composition dispensed from the dispensing nozzle.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2014
