Disclosed are a method of dispensing a phosphor through which a resin composition including a phosphor can be dispensed while the concentration of the phosphor is constantly maintained, and a phosphor dispensing apparatus using the same. The phosphor dispensing apparatus includes a first cylinder, a second cylinder, and a cylinder rotation unit. The first cylinder includes a first resin composition in which a phosphor is agitated, and has a first dispensing hole for dispensing a part of the first resin composition. The second cylinder includes a second resin composition in which a phosphor is agitated and has a second dispensing hole for discharging a part of the second resin composition, and is disposed to be symmetrical to the first cylinder such that the second discharge hole is opposite to the first discharge hole. The cylinder rotation unit rotates the first and second cylinders such that the positions of the first and second discharge holes are exchanged. In this way, as the first and second cylinders are rotated such that the positions thereof are exchanged, the phosphor particles in the first and second compositions can be dispersed such that the particles are maintained at the constant concentration.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2014
