The present invention relates to a method for the in vitro culture of cardiac stem cells using a surface coated with an amine group or a carboxyl group, and more particularly, to a method for the in vitro culture of cardiac stem cells, comprising the steps of: preparing a surface coated with an amine group or a carboxyl group; and culturing cardiac stem cells on said surface for one hour to 60 days. According to the present invention, the method for the in vitro culture of cardiac stem cells enables the mass production of stem cells, which is necessary for producing stem cell medicine or the study of stem cells, by enabling the effective proliferation and cultivation of c-kit-positive cardiac stem cells extracted from heart tissue, and enables the effective long-term in vitro regeneration and culture of heart tissue.
