摘要
PURPOSE: A method for culturing cardiac stem cells in vivo is provided to enable effective long-term proliferation and culture of c-kit-positive cardiac stem cells in vivo by isolating the cardiac stem cells from a cardiac tissue, thereby producing a large amount of stem cell therapeutic agents and stem cells used for studying stem cells. CONSTITUTION: A method for culturing cardiac stem cells in vivo comprises the step of culturing cardiac stem cells on the surface coated with an amine residue or a carboxyl residue. The amine residue-coated surface is prepared by smearing amine polymers or amine residue-containing liquefied non-toxic compound on the surface and drying the surface. The carboxyl residue-coated surface is prepared by smearing carboxyl polymers or carboxyl residue-containing liquefied non-toxic compound on the surface and drying the surface. The cardiac stem cells are positive to c-kit.
