A nuclear fuel coated particle manufacturing integrated system with (super) high temperature gas and an operating method thereof are disclosed. The nuclear fuel coated particle manufacturing integrated system with the (super) high temperature gas sequentially performs; a calcinations processing step of producing a fine particle by oxidizing nuclear fuel manufacturing intermediate material (ADU gel) provided from the outside in an atmosphere; and a sintering processing step of revivifying and sintering the fine particle; a coating processing step (S130) of forming multiple coating layers on a sintered round oxide particle. The nuclear fuel coated particle manufacturing integrated system (100) with the (super) high temperature gas comprises; a gas supply unit (200) which preheats gas provided from the outside and provides the preheated gas; a coating particle manufacturing unit (300) which receives multiple gases preheated from the gas supply unit (100) and converts the nuclear fuel manufacturing intermediate material (ADU gel) into UO3 and UO2 ground particles and forms a coating layer on the surface of the converted UO2 ground particle; an exhaust gas removing unit (400) which removes the gas discharged from the coating particle manufacturing unit (300); and a control unit (500) which controls the drive of the gas supply unit (200), the coating particle manufacturing unit (300), and the exhaust gas removing unit (400).
