The present invention relates to an asphalt overlaying pavement method for a concrete pavement road and, more specifically, to an asphalt overlaying pavement method for a concrete pavement road, which prevents reflection cracking caused by cracks and joints on a concrete layer when a concrete pavement road is overlaid with asphalt.
