A band gap reference voltage generating circuit robust to a noise is disclosed. The band gap reference voltage generating circuit according to an aspect of the present invention comprises: a first transistor controlled by a control signal, and having one terminal coupled to supplied voltage and the other terminal coupled to a first reserved node; a second transistor controlled by the control signal, and having one terminal coupled to the supplied voltage and the other terminal coupled to a second reserved node; a reference voltage generator for generating the band gap reference voltage which has a level in accordance with the voltage of the first reserved node and the second reserved node; a first compensation capacitor formed between the control signal and the other terminal of the first transistor; and a second compensation capacitor formed between the control signal and the other terminal of the second transistor. The band gap reference voltage generating circuit according to the present invention may stably provide the band gap reference voltage though a high frequency noise occurs at a supplied power source.
