PURPOSE: A band gap reference voltage generating circuit is provided to reduce influence of an offset due to mismatch by starting up the reference voltage based on a constant current source from a human mode to an operation mode.;CONSTITUTION: An operational amplifier(310) outputs a first voltage based on a reference voltage inputted to an inversion terminal and a non-inversion terminal. A bias unit supplies a bias current mirrored from the constant current source to a first node in an operation mode. The bias unit blocks the supply of the bias current to the first node in a human mode. A reference voltage unit(320) supplies the reference voltage to the inversion terminal and the non-inversion terminal base on the bias current supplied to the first node and the first voltage fed back to the first node. A start up circuit(340) outputs the voltage of the first node generated based on the bias current mirrored from the constant current source in the operation mode.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
