The present invention relates to a method for producing a fermented material with improved tyrosine and gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA) through a mixed cultivation of Ceriporia lacerata and lactobacillus. The method comprises the steps of: culturing Ceriporia lacerata mycelia in a culture medium containing rice bran; preparing a lactobacillus starter for lactic acid fermentation; and performing a lactic acid fermentation by injecting and culturing the lactobacillus starter in the Ceriporia lacerata mycelium culture medium. Moreover, the functional fermented material produced by means of the method can be used as a food, a functional food, a cosmetic product, and a fodder ingredient.
