The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a frying pan for cooking. More specifically, the present invention relates to the method for manufacturing a non-stick frying pan and a non-stick frying pan manufactured by the same. An aluminum frying pan has incorrigible problems of scratches on coating, scaling of coating, scorch of food, and low thermal conductivity. The non-stick frying pan solves the problems of the aluminum frying pan. The method for manufacturing the non-stick frying pan includes: a die casting step (100); a finishing step (200) of identifying unnecessary parts of the base cast object and removing the unnecessary parts; a sanding step (300) of obtaining adhesion of a coating layer; a thermal spraying step (400) of performing a thermal coating process on the inner surface of a base material with a material having different properties; a primer-coating (a first fluoride resin coating) step (500); a mid-coating (a second fluoride resin coating) step (600); a top-coating (a third fluoride resin coating) step (700); a ceramic coating step (800); and an assembling and wrapping step (900).
