The present invention relates to a waterproof coupling structure of a display apparatus for a ship plotter having functions for maritime guarding, safety and emergency situation, and to an apparatus which is waterproof by improving a mechanical coupling so that the manufacturing cost of a waterproof wireless communication device and an alarm can be substantially reduced without adding any specific component. More particularly, the structure includes: a display (100) including a display frame front part (110), which is the front part of the display (100), and a display frame rear part (120), which is the rear part of the display (100); a water resistant packing (140) inserted between the display frame front part (110) and the display frame rear part (120) when assembling the display frame front part (110) and the display frame rear part (120); a touch plate (300) fastened and coupled to the display frame front part (110) by pressing the touch plate to the rear surface of the display frame front part (110) so that a fastening part of the rear surface of the display frame front part (110) separates by tension; a main board (400) provided on the rear surface of one side of the touch plate (300); and a function button (500) coupled to the side of the display frame front part (110).The manufacturing cost and sales price of a search and rescue apparatus can be reduced because the apparatus is waterproof by improving the mechanical coupling of the apparatus, and fishermen can install at a very low cost, a navigation and communication device in with the display apparatus.
