METHOD TO PROTECT WALLS OF MINE SKIP AGAINST WEAR AND DEVICE FOR ITS REALISATION

FIELD: mining.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mining industry, in particular, to equipment for transportation of loose bulk materials, and may be used to protect of the inner surface of skip walls. The method to protect walls of a mine skip against wear includes placement of a protective coating from rubber-fabric material on the inner surface of the skip. The protective coating is installed tightly, in parallel to the bottom of the skip and the wall arranged opposite to the charging window, with formation of the closed space. Prior to charging the space is filled with compressed air, and a multi-section air cushion is created, air from which is released as the skip is filled with material. The device includes a protective coating and fastening elements. The protective coating is made in the form of a membrane. The membrane is divided by fastening elements into sections connected to each other by an air corridor. In the bottom of the skip there is a nozzle for supply of compressed air. The device is equipped with a guide with a spring and a bracket with a valve for supply of compressed air. The bracket is installed as capable of its displacement along the guide.;EFFECT: invention makes it possible to extend service life of a skip, to increase reliability of a device, to simplify protection process and to provide for reduction of material intensity and labour intensiveness during manufacturing.;3 cl, 6 dwg
