The method involves forming a metallization structure with thermal treatment of conductive paste (1), such that metallization-free regions are formed in the edges of the metallization structure. The pre-aging process of the metallization structure is performed so as to form the insulated conductive paste islands (5) along boundary edges (1A,1B) of the metallization structure.
