PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the efficiency of system continuous model prediction control.;SOLUTION: A method for system continuous model prediction control (CMPC) includes: obtaining at least part of a pre-conditioner by using an approximate coefficient function; and obtaining a solution vector by solving a matrix equation of the CMPC including a coefficient matrix defined by an accurate coefficient function in a current time step of the control using an iteration method having this pre-conditioner. The approximate coefficient function applied to the vector approximates a result of the application of the accurate coefficient function to the vector.
