PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a triple-quadrupole type mass spectroscope capable of reducing axial misalignment in mass-to-charge ratio of mass spectrum even when performing analysis under various CID gas pressure.;SOLUTION: The triple quadrupole type mass spectroscope includes: a calibration information storage means 22 that stores mass calibration information which represents relationship between the mass-to-charge ratio and the calibration value using CID gas pressure as parameter corresponding to the measurement mode of MS/MS analysis including a dissociation operation in a collision cell 14; and a control means 20 that calibrates the mass-to-charge ratio of an ion detected by a detector 17 by reading mass calibration information according to a measurement mode used and a specified CID gas pressure from the calibration information storage means 22 and by driving a pre-stage quadrupole 13 and a post-stage quadrupole 16 using the information.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT
