PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To implement self-sufficient home power.SOLUTION: A photovoltaic power generation system comprises a light deflection angle variable panel 61 and a photovoltaic power generation panel 71. The light deflection angle variable panel 61 includes: a light deflection angle variable element 6; a first electrode 12 installed on a first side surface of the light deflection angle variable element 6; and a second electrode 13 installed on the second side surface of the light deflection angle variable element 6 opposite to the first side surface. The photovoltaic power generation panel 71 converts energy of light emitted from the bottom surface of the light deflection angle variable element 6, to power. A light deflection angle of the light deflection angle variable element 6 is determined on the basis of a value obtained by subtracting a value of voltage applied to the second electrode 13 from a value of voltage applied to the first electrode 12. The light deflection angle variable element 6 deflects sunlight incident from the top surface of the light deflection angle variable element 6, according to a light deflection angle, so that the sunlight is emitted perpendicularly to the top surface of the photovoltaic power generation panel, to emit the sunlight from the bottom surface of the light deflection angle variable element 6.
