PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photovoltaic power generation panel having excellent see-through properties and capable of ensuring a sufficient amount of power generation.;SOLUTION: A photovoltaic power generation panel 10 comprises a solar cell unit 50 where a pair of substantially planar solar cell elements 20, 20 are arranged to face each other and bonded by an adhesive layer 30, and translucent plates 40, 40 arranged on both outsides of the solar cell unit 50. An area ratio of the solar cell unit 50 to each translucent plate 40 is set less than 20%, and an occupation area ratio to the translucent plate 40 is set less than 60%, preferably less than 30%.
