The invention provides a double-shaft hinge and an electronic device employing the same, with the electronic device featuring few members, low cost and miniaturization. The electronic device comprises: a pair of installing members that have a bearing portion and an installing portion arranged at one side of a first housing and a second housing, a first bearing member that has a bearing plate portion and a pair of shaft-installing portions, with each shaft-installing portion capable of being rotatably installed to each bearing portion, and a second bearing member which, installed at the bearing plate portion, rotates in a predetermined scale in the direction orthorhombic with the rotating direction of the first bearing member and is installed to the other side of the first housing and the second housing. A first rotating control mechanism, equipped with a stationary cam and rotating cam, is arranged between the first hinge shaft used for connecting the shaft installing portion to one bearing portion and the installing portion thereof. A second rotating control mechanism is arranged between the second hinge shaft used for connecting the second bearing member to the bearing plate portion and the bearing plate portion. The first hinge shaft is fixed to the bearing portion of any installing member. The flange portion of the first hinge shaft is fastened to the stationary cam.
