The invention relates to a biaxial hinge and an electronic device with the same. The biaxial hinge comprises a pair of base components, a first hinge rod, a second hinge rod, a supporting member, a first rotation control means and a second rotation control means. The base components are disposed on a first housing of the electronic device; the first hinge rod is rotatably pivoted and supported between bearing piece portions of the base components and the pivot and support part is shaped by machining; the second hinge rod is rotatably assembled to a central part of the first hinge rod in a vertically intersection state; the supporting member is fixed to the second hinge rod and assembled to a second housing of the electronic device; the first rotation control means is disposed between a bearing piece portion of one of the base components and the first hinge rod and controls the rotation of the first hinge rod; and the second rotation control means is disposed between the first hinge rod and the second hinge rod and controls the rotation of the second hinge rod.
