PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biaxial hinge adapted to achieve size reduction while reducing costs and securing necessary strength, and an electronic apparatus.SOLUTION: The biaxial hinge includes: a pair of base members attached to a first casing; a first hinge shaft formed by cutting work and rotatably journaled between journaling piece parts of the respective base members; a second hinge shaft rotatably attached in an orthogonal state to the first hinge shaft; a support member fixed to the second hinge shaft and attached to a second casing; a first rotation control means provided between at least one journaling piece part of the base member and the first hinge shaft for controlling rotation of the first hinge shaft; and a second rotation control means provided between the first hinge shaft and the second hinge shaft for controlling rotation of the second hinge shaft. The biaxial hinge is used in the electronic apparatus.
