PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a holding tool for a peeling device, capable of accurately guiding a cutting target object to an insertion path and surely peeling the object without leaving any unpeeled part, even with a simple configuration.;SOLUTION: A holding tool for a peeling device is configured to hold a cutting target object by being attached to pressing mechanisms 65 and 67 for pressing in the cutting target object into an insertion path 13 of a cutter unit 10 and piercing the object. Here, the cutter unit 10 includes: a plurality of cutter members 20, each of which has a cutter blade arranged horizontally to the vertical direction of the insertion path 13 into which the cutting target object is inserted, and which are arranged in multiple stages along the vertical direction of the insertion path 13 while the cutter blades are arranged in a shifted manner from each other in the circumferential direction; and a plurality of biasing means for spring-biasing the plurality of cutter members 20 respectively towards the center in the vertical direction of the insertion path.
