Oils, including fatty alcohols and oxyalkylenated fatty alcohols, oxidizing composition for treatment of keratin fibers

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new oxidizing composition enabling dyeing and/or bleaching, or characteristics of permanent deformation composition to be improved, and stable for a long period.;SOLUTION: The composition for the treatment of keratin fibers especially the human keratin fibers such as the hair includes one or more kinds of fatty alcohols, one or more kinds of oxyalkylenated fatty alcohols, one or more kinds of oxidizing agents, and at least 10 wt.% of one or more kinds of oils except the fatty alcohols based on the total weight of the composition in a cosmetically acceptable medium, wherein the weight ratio of (fatty alcohol)/(oxyalkylenated fatty alcohol) is ≤5. The composition can be used for the dyeing and/or the bleaching, or the permanent deformation of the keratin fibers. The composition has good stability, is in a usable state, and imparts good characteristics in the dyeing, bleaching or permanent deformation without deteriorating the keratin fibers without affecting the cosmetic characteristics.
