PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite film which is constituted of two layers, a transparent conductive film and a conductive reflection film, and is suitable for the use in a super straight type solar battery. PSOLUTION: On a photoelectric conversion layer 12 of the super straight type thin film solar battery, a transparent conductive film 11b is formed, and on the transparent conductive film 11b, the composite film 11 is constituted of two layers where a conductive reflection film 11a is formed. The transparent conductive film 11b is formed by coating a composition containing conductive oxide particles for a transparent conductive film by wet coating method. The conductive reflection film 11a is formed by coating a composition containing metal nano particles for the conductive reflection film by wet coating method. Air pores appearing in the contacting surface of the conductive reflection film 11a on the substrate 14 side have an average diameter of 100 nm, an average depth of air pore positions of 100 nm, and a number density of air pores of 30/mSP2/SP.
