The present invention provides a nucleotide sequence for verifyingLactobacillas paracasei subsp. paracasei NTU 101 and at least one primer setforassembling the nucleotide sequence through PCR amplification. Therefore theperson skilled in Lactobacillus filed is able to carry out the strain (mutant)identification of the Lactobacillus paracasei subsp. paracasei NTU 101accordingto the present invention. Moreover, the person skilled in Lactobacillus filedcanalso rapidly complete the strain (mutant) identification of the LactobacillusNTU101 by using DNA molecular marker technology, without culturing any isolatedLactobacillus strain or live Lactobacillus bacteria.
