Provided are an electric vehicle battery security processing method and battery security management device, the method comprising: receiving data packets in the form of ciphertext issued by the battery asset management system, after the battery security management device and the battery asset management system passed the authentication; performing data parsing for the data packets by the battery security management device, and executing the instructions based on the contents of the data packets after passing the legitimacy verification for the data packets. The data packets between the electric vehicle battery security processing method and the battery security management device, and between the battery security management device and the battery asset management system are transmitted in the form of ciphertext, even if the data packets are intercepted by a third party in the public network channel, they can not be easily decrypted or damaged; meanwhile ensuring the critical data are stored in the form of ciphertext, for preventing to be tampered with by the third party, ensuring the non-disclosure of the electric vehicle battery asset information, and improving the confidentiality and security.
