The present invention relates to metal oxide particles with a dendritic structure, a manufacturing method thereof, and an electrode in which the metal oxide particles with a dendritic structure are formed on the surface of a base electrode. The metal oxide particles have large surface area by being uniformly and regularly arranged while maintaining high purity. Accordingly, the metal oxide particles exhibit improved electrochemical performance and excellent stability and are able to be applied to various electronic devices such as a capacitor and the like.
